I didn't expect to see an authentic British phone booth in Laramie.

  1. Ha! That threw me! Did you go in?! If you took your knitting in-you could say you knit in a British telly box!

  3. Wonder what it costs today to use a payphone. I remember clearly when it was a dime and then a quarter.

  4. Bet there is an interesting story in how it got there. And it's a wonderful conversation starter.

  7. I love that, it’s so neat! I also wanted to say I’m so glad to see you found a knitting group. I knit with a group on Wednesday’s, I really enjoy the companionship. Hugs,

  8. Pretty nifty. When you learn the history of why it is there you need to share with us!

  11. I took my grandson back to Laramie in August, and early that next morning walked all over downtown waiting for things to open. Loved all the thrift and antique stores, but missed this, maybe Mimi's is in another area. So much has changed since my husband graduated 50 years ago!
