Picking up the Needles
knitting socks February 2019 |
Yarn: Crazy Zauberball
Needles: US size 2
Stitches: 64
Pattern: ribbed cuff, plain foot
Note: The blue netting I'm using as a yarn sock was cut from an old bath puff. It's secured with a knot on one end, and a removable stitch marker on the top. It keeps the yarn corralled and clean.
Ahhhh, knitting socks is like coming home! Clever idea for the yarn ball protection!
ReplyDeleteWhen you are back knitting socks....all is well:)
ReplyDeleteWelcome back! Fun yarn. I keep thinking I'll buy some Zauberball, but I always get drawn to other yarns.
ReplyDeleteI love a good zauberball!
ReplyDeleteClever way to corral that yarn.

That's just brilliant!!! I get antsy when I don't have socks on the needles. I find plain old vanilla socks are a great stress reliever.
ReplyDeleteLook at you soaring on two circa! my sock mojo is off kilter right now . Usually Im a winter sock knitter. Hmmmmmm. That's ok. It will come back. I Love the sock yarns varieties out there
ReplyDeleteclever to repurpose your bath puff. Looks like it works well.
