Baby Surprise Jacket
on the needles
October 2018 |
I've been knitting in the evenings while binge watching Designated Survivor. Brenda recommended the series to me, and I'm hooked. With all the evening knitting time, the Baby Surprise Jacket (BSJ) is progressing nicely, and I hope to finish it by the end of the week. I've knit the pattern numerous times, but I still marvel at the ingenuity of the design.
This BSJ will be toddler size when finished.
I have tried many times to make that sweater and have never had it work out:(
ReplyDeleteI'm a fan of Designated Survivor too. The sweater is a yummy color! Some sweet little one will look adorable in it.
ReplyDeleteThat is so sweet!!!
ReplyDeleteThat sweater is so cute. I keep saying I want to knit one (though no babies or toddlers in my future). There is also an adult version....hmmmmm.....
ReplyDeleteI've never heard of Designated survivor - I'm off to see what it's about.
Nice! I've always wanted to try that pattern and never have!
ReplyDeleteThat is one I have never tried before but have heard of it from various knitters. I think I need to put it on my list.
ReplyDeleteBlessings,
Betsy
The sweater is looking good. Pretty purple color and your garter knitting is perfect.
ReplyDeleteLooks like you're almost done? Nice color!
ReplyDeleteI agree-it is a brilliant design and yours is going to be beautiful! (do you ever add cuffs or any extras to the design?)
ReplyDeleteI love the color of this sweater. I like baby and kid sweaters, but can you believe I've never knit that pattern? Looks like you'll be finished very very soon!
