May UFO Challenge Project

May UFO Challenge Project
2022

Since I finished the April project early, I opened bag #4 for the 2022 UFO Challenge. I pulled 5 inch squares (charms) from my scrap bin when I prepared this bag several months ago and selected Mary's "L-Block Charm" pattern. The charms are remnants from my Tavern Blues quilt. This will be the third quilt I've made from the Tavern Blue fabric, and I still have more left!

  1. Those charms should work beautifully with that pattern. I like the design.

  2. Looks like a fun project! Your sewing machine is getting a work out! Snowing here, sure hope you get some spring and send it this way!

  5. I’m envious of you being a head on your UFO challenge. I signed up for one on Facebook with American Patchwork and Quilting magazine. I am now working on the fourth project. January's is completed. Feb and March's are further ahead but at a standstill. April's has had progress but not much. In the meantime I made a quilt top in less than two weeks. Go figure! Hope you make great progress on this one. Hum, do you add an extra project if you finish this one before the end of May?
