Pattern: Simply Stripes by Elizabeth Smith (free Ravelry download)
I chose colors from my stash that closely match those used in the pattern.

Yarn: Caron Simply Soft
          Passion #0012
          Sage #9705
          Persimmon # 9754
          Country Blue # 9710
          Sunshine #9755
          Pagoda #0014 (not shown)

Needles: size 8

Stitches: 120 (The pattern is written for bulky-weight yarn, so I increased the stitch count.)

  1. I've thought about knitting this pattern before. I like the way the stripes transition to the next block of color.

  10. Looks nice. Re the stripes bits and pieces left over from other projects? I seem to have acquired more yarn left overs and I could swear I haven't really made anything for a while!
