Very pretty patio. No s'mores for me yet this summer. But 3 of the grandkids will be here in about 10 days and we plan to do s'mores one evening with them. Sometimes we do s'mores with cookies instead of graham crackers just for a little variety.
I've just started reading about these fire pits. We have a Canadian friend here who is building a new house, she was telling us she's going to have a fire pit. I guess it's a version of sitting around the camp fire with out having to camp. Sounds good to me. Linda

It's too hot for a fire where I live. S'mores are fall and winter treats for us.
ReplyDeleteDoes a s'more blizzard count?
ReplyDeleteI haven't had a s'more in years! But, we have had a lot of social time this summer. We've had a great time.

I love how fire pits have this magical ability to draw everyone together, it's wonderful!
ReplyDeleteS'mores are not my favorite but firepits and conversation sure is!!

ReplyDeleteNot yet, but very soon. We are headed to the Midwest with lots of opportunities, I hope.
ReplyDeleteSmores remind me of the fall time which is when we make them. Nice patio.
ReplyDeleteWith the grandkids and it tasted sooooooo yummy! I love sitting around a fire.

We don't do smores in New Zealand, I've attempted a version myself, but I'm sure around a fire pit and the real deal would be much better!
