ReplyDeleteI think what amazes me about these buildings is how intricate the work is. They did it without all the computer programmed plans and power tools that we have today.

It's incredible but I can't believe they put that building on the same footprint as the old temple. Did they have to clear a whole block to build it? I wonder if they used any (or all) of the beautiful decorations from the original building.
