Kaleidoscope
58 x 68 inches
Quilt of Valor |
The
Three Dude's Blocks were used to create another Quilt of Valor that I named,
Kaleidoscope. I loved playing with a kaleidoscope when I was young, seeing all the beautiful colors turning into unique designs.
That's a good name for this colorful quilt. Love it!
ReplyDeleteWow! This looks terrific with the RWB colors. I've seen this done in other colorways, but like this patriotic look.
ReplyDeleteMesmerizing! Love it. i loved looking into the tube at the magic myself as a kid
ReplyDeleteReally cool. That's a great name for this quilt...and I, too, liked looking through a kaleidoscope! It's another winner, Nancy!
ReplyDeleteI can just picture all those scrappy colors tumbling within the kaleidoscope. It's a perfect name for that pattern.
ReplyDeleteBeautiful quilt!
Gorgeous colors. I love kaleidoscopes too. I used to spend hours with one when I was a kid.
ReplyDeleteIt's beautiful, Nancy! Well done!
ReplyDeleteNice quilt! Kaleidoscopes were lots of fun for me, too.
ReplyDeleteMy new favorite!! That's stunning, and very much the essence of quilt-ness for me. Wonder if it's strong enough to motivate me to learn to quilt?
ReplyDeleteThis is a stunner! so pretty. I clicked through to the links - love that the blocks are made of scraps, yet they look so cohesive. g
