Reading Report

June 2018
I just started listening to The Break Down by B. A. Paris. I hope that it will be a good book to listen to as I knit the Ombre Eyelet Infinity Scarf. (Ravelry link) It's too early to tell if the book and/or the pattern are keepers.

The books I've read since the end of May include:
Loving Eleanor by Susan Wittig Albert  πŸ‘πŸ‘
Fierce Kingdom by Gin Phillips  πŸ‘πŸ‘πŸ‘πŸ‘πŸ‘
Go Ask Fannie by Elisabeth Hyde  πŸ‘πŸ‘πŸ‘
"F" is for Fugitive by Sue Grafton  πŸ‘πŸ‘πŸ‘

Fierce Kingdom is a believable and exciting book: if I read the actual book, I'd say it was a "page turner." The story lingered with me for days after I finished it, which doesn't happen often.

  1. Nice to match a good read (listen) with a good knit! I hope they are both winners!

  2. I haven't listened to a book in a long time, I will have to make note of the top rated one:)

  3. Heading into the perfect time of year to plug in the audio book program and knit away the day.

  4. I love my audio books. I couldn't do much without them. I have at least three going at a time.

  5. Audiobooks and podcasts have become such a big part of my life. How did I ever live without them?

  6. Next library visit I should look for a good audio book. I love to knit and listen to books.

  7. Ooo, I love it when people post their book reviews. Looking forward to finding out how you feel about the latest!

I love comments!
