Fiber Guild Exhibit - revisited

I dropped some paperwork off in Fort Washakie on Thursday, and while I was there, I snapped some quick photos of the Fiber Guild exhibit with my phone. In a previous post, I showed the items that I submitted for the exhibit.

Lorre Hoffman did an awesome job of displaying the variety of items that were submitted.

Guild members are talented in a variety of areas - spinning, weaving, felting, sewing, knitting.

I am pleased that the Guild was invited to host an exhibit in the Frank B. Wise Business Plaza and hope the members will consider another exhibit in the future.

  1. Nice!! A few years ago I had the opportunity to visit the Royal Opera House (London) textile department. You would have loved it! I'm not an expert or even a novice, but it was the most fascinating thing to me.

  2. Very nice exhibit. That is a great opportunity for the members to showcase their talents, and to possibly lure some new members.

  8. What a wonderful job Lorre did with the displays. You all should be proud of your work. It is nice to see all the variety. Love the sheep! (I'm a sucker for a soft animal.) Thanks for sharing all of these.
