Mountain Meadows - revisited

Since I can't crochet to save my life, Cheryl (my friend and knitting buddy) added a border to Mountain Meadows, and I appreciate it.

I love how the edge ruffles. This blanket will be sent to the Western Region Oddball Knitters coordinator for distribution at Seattle Children's Hospital.

  1. It warms my heart to see a scalloped edge on a baby blanket, because mine had such and I clearly remember rubbing those "lumps"!!!

  3. Very pretty!... I remember crocheting my daughter a blanket...it was so much quicker than knitting...but there is something about knitting. I have my pattern and needles and when we head south ... I am picking up yarn and going to start my granddaughter a sweater for NEXT Christmas:)
