I think Gerald has a great idea. What are your thoughts on DST?

  1. We're a little confused about the whole mission and name. For us it means walks will be hurried and shorter, because I simply can't get home sooner. We could walk in the morning, but it's colder then too, and Gretchen doesn't do cold...

  2. It doesn't make all that much difference to me since I don't work. But I used to hate getting out from work in the dark when I did work... And, I'd be leaving around 5 or so. I just hope the dogs make the changes without waking us up earlier than needed. They are my 7:15 alarm clocks.

  3. I'm with Gerald, lol.
I wish we'd leave the time alone. Maybe I should move to one of the states that doesn't change their time to daylight savings, lol.

  4. Well we are in Arizona...where the time doesn't change now...I am trying to think if I like it at home...so that means...it's darker in the morning...and lighter at night?...well I like it for walking in the mornings as I jump out of bed and walk...so the longer it stays dark in the morning...the better I like is...as no one can see me:)

  5. I like the extra hour of daylight in the evening so I guess I am one of the few who like it. I wish they would stay on it year around but I remember one year they did to save energy and discontinued it because the school children were going to school in the dark. A safety issue. Was that in the 1970's they did that???

  6. Glad that here in Arizona...we don't do it. I have enough problems keeping up with things than having to mess with changing times.

  7. I enjoy daylight saving time and look forward to it every spring, but it was definitely time to go back to standard time. It was getting hard to get out of bed in the mornings when it was barely light at 7:00.
