I used the Movie Star pattern by Villa Rosa Designs for this quilt. I added the gray frame around the center star to allow it to "float" and to also add width to meet the QOV minimum requirement.
I recognize that center block. You are really getting the most out of that print. Hope you are staying safe.

ReplyDeleteA very clever - and perfect - name for this quilt. I like the idea of separating those piano keys like that. It also solves the problem when you don't have enough of the fabric to make traditional piano keys.
ReplyDeleteWhat a great name for the quilt. Our local Veterans Home has a large outbreak of the virus. It's so sad. I hate to turn on the news in the evening.

ReplyDeleteHow appropriate! I was never much of a social butterfly but I sure do miss my kids and my Grands. I heard someone say on the radio that the thing they were looking forward to the most when this is all over is hugs. I have to agree. Pizza can wait. Lol...
