The Sultan's Palace, owned by the Sultan of Johor, was closed to the public, but tours were conducted of the surrounding garden and grounds.

The lush and finely groomed palace grounds overlook the Johor Straits towards Singapore.

  6. That picture reminds me that I need to be more diligent in my meditation practice! I really feel the benefits when I practice, but I get sidetracked and away from it. Thank you for (unknowingly) encouraging me! Of course, knitting is a meditative practice too....hmmmmm......think I will go knit for a while!
