Sixteen-Patch Lattice
Sixteen-patch Lattice 60 x 73 inches Quilt of Valor #238 |
Half of the sixteen-patch blocks I made from 2.5” scraps were used to make this QOV. No pattern was used: the star blocks finish at 16 inches.
This QOV was a scrap buster.

Wow! this one is really a great scrappy quilt! Nice job on whipping up this one!!!
ReplyDeleteWay to go , it is a beauty!
ReplyDeleteI think I have a top in my closet that looks an awful lot like this quilt. Hum, I don't know if I have a backing for it. I love the use of the 16 patch with the flying geese. It really looks terrific. And, yep it would bust some scraps.
ReplyDeleteI love this quilt. The combination of the small squares that become stars looks like a classic design. It's perfection in red, white, and blue.
ReplyDeleteAnd, what a great stashbuster it was. I need to remember this style with the stars overlapping. Nice job on # 238.
