Winter Ice - completed

The Winter Ice socks were finished last week. I love how the cuffs striped, and if I dye a similar blank, I will leave more bare yarn (white) in the middle section, so the foot segment of the socks is not so dark.

  8. They turned out so pretty Nancy. I really like them. I'm starting a new pair of socks today for our grandson for Christmas and I hope he likes them. They will be a camo color since he's an outdoorsman.

  9. Those are so cool! So I'm guessing you wound balls of yarn from each side of the blank? Because whatever you did the socks do look like a pair. Terrific yarn dyeing and knitting going on out there.

  11. That was certainly an interesting experiment, and took you hardly any time at all to complete.
