Wyoming Mural
Sometimes it's difficult to get a good photo of the murals in Downtown Laramie. This Wyoming mural is large and covers the entire side of the building. I love how the artist painted the "shadow" the antelope mount casts. It gives a realistic touch to the mural as do the map rolls by the building entrance. Last week's mural closeup of the Post-It note can be seen above the second white vehicle in the photo and to the right of the coffee mug in the photo on the right.
Laramie has a LOT of murals and more are being added all the time.
These have been so interesting to see.
ReplyDeleteThis is so cool! Love the antelope (and his shadow).
ReplyDeleteYou are so right about the shadow making it seem more real and it is huge!
ReplyDeleteVery interesting mural, everything yells a story and this artist is awesome!
ReplyDeleteLove it!
ReplyDeleteWhat a cool place to live. One of these days we're going to stop instead of zooming past on the interstate. I would like to see all of these murals in person. That antelope is so neat.
ReplyDeleteBlessings,
Betsy
