In the Donation Box
six headbands and one hat for donation February 2020 |
When I finished the hat I started in January, I decided to knit something faster with the worsted, scrap yarn. The headbands were knit with two strands of yarn and used this simple pattern.
The headbands and hat are in the donation box, and all the yarn scraps have been used.
The headbands are so cute...good job using up scraps.
ReplyDeleteNice to use up all the yarn scraps! I enjoyed knitting the two headbands I made (1 for me and 1 for Mailing) - they are fast, satisfying knits!
ReplyDeleteAnd such practical projects to have some fun with. They will keep someone warm.
ReplyDeleteThese will sure be appreciated--the headband/ear warmers are used by both sexes, too, so they are a good idea!
ReplyDeleteGreat use of scraps!
ReplyDeleteI think those headbands are gorgeous. The hat is great too, but I love the effect of the two yarns together. Beautiful. And no more scraps!
ReplyDeleteBlessings,
Betsy
How generous!!! And a stash buster as well? Perfect!
ReplyDeleteSomeone will have a warm head:)
ReplyDeleteGreat headbands. I’m planning on making my d-i-l a couple headbands for Christmas next year.
