Tool Box Cowl #2

Tool Box cowl #2
November 2017
I was able to knit another Tool Box cowl with the scraps. I knit fewer rows in the stockinette sections because I only had 12 grams of each color, and I used nearly every gram. The cowl is only 8 inches high, but still enough height to be an adequate neck warmer.

unblocked cowl has circumference of 24 inches
I don't think I'll block this cowl.

Tool Box #1 can be seen here and here.

  1. It looks great unblocked!

I love that you use and "old school" ruler. I remember mine had a copper edge on one side so you could draw nice, straight lines.

  3. I really like this one too! How nice you were able to make another with the "scraps". I use a ruler like that too. It makes me smile and remember my 1st and 3rd grade teacher, Mrs. Watkins, when I use it.

  5. This one turned out great too! Love the colors and love that you were able to get a second one from the scraps. It doesn't look like it needs to be blocked at all.

  6. I think you must be knitting at 90 mph - the end results are so good. Love this cowl and the different stitching you have used in the process. Something good for the winter ahead.
