Another quilt made from the 6.5 inch scrap squares bin and from backing trimmings (background fabric) of other Quilts of Valor. I chose not to put a border on this quilt.
Wow! Nancy, you are stitching up some absolutely stunning scrappy QOV. I love the warm background you selected - it just makes those scraps shine. Definitely adding this one to my 'must make' list and adding it to the top.
Nicely done. Very interesting design -- thanks for sharing the source and yea it's a freebie. You are really on a roll with these QOVs! Congratulations, again!
Every time I say I think this is my favorite, you do it again! This one has such amazing optical illusions in it. Beautiful. Just beautiful. Blessings, Betsy
Thanks for sharing your project. I am still pretty new to quilting, thus my stash and scrap bins are a bit skinny. How would I calculate yardage for the background or neutral color? Just half the total dimension> This would be fun in plaids.

Amazing what a nifty stitcher and some scraps can create! I love the secondary patterns you produced!
