Brenda (my niece) snapped this photo a couple of weeks ago when she was out walking.

Perhaps you can explain why a radar-controlled speed sign is mounted below this stop sign because Brenda and I are shaking our heads in disbelief.

  7. LOL Maybe no one is stopping? On our street there's one of those gadgets right after the stop sign, and it seems like kids love to see how fast they can go after a full stop. Go figure.
