  1. Nice! Was it difficult working with stretchy yarn? I've never tried it before.

  2. Pretty socks and a very cute photo.

Do you wear hand knit socks when you walk? I can't... I have to have the compression socks or they "creep"...

  3. I love short wool socks. And I'm with Chan - do you wear them when you walk? I don't have the creeping problem, I just feel like I'm gonna ruin them. g

  4. LOVE the colors! I really enjoy wearing the cotton blend socks but I only have a few pair so I save them for "special" times and wear WalMart socks for every day use. I have not seen self-striping cotton yarns, or did you stripe these from scraps?

  6. Great picture of your new socks! The yarn is really pretty. I'm going to have to try out the cotton sock yarn on my next pair. I hope the heels hold up well on these.

  8. They look so soft and colorful. Makes me want to put on socks even if it is 108 degrees! You can tell I am anxious for winter to get here!

  9. Nice socks! How'd you keep from overstretching the yarn? I've always been afraid to knit with elasticized yarn. Love the stripes!
