Pink and Scrappy
Julie, a knitting friend, gave me several small balls of pink, baby (fingering) yarn a couple of months ago. The pinks are a shade different and are not as obvious as this photo shows.
I estimate the jacket, knit on size 6 needles, will fit a 3 - 6 month old. This pink and scrappy Baby Surprise Jacket will be donated to a local pregnancy center.
Well I love pink! Very cute.
ReplyDeleteSo sweet. Perfect now that it is cooler.
ReplyDeleteLike the blue contrast...really pops.
ReplyDeleteSo sweet!! Someone else was telling me to try making a BSJ... Soon. The only EZ pattern book I have doesn't seem to have it in it!
ReplyDeletePink and scrappy, but very pretty :)
ReplyDeletesuch a cute pink baby sweater!
ReplyDeleteVery cute! My Mom donates quilts to Catholic Charities and they put them in baskets for the new mothers with other items. I think it's so special for a baby to have something handmade with love.
ReplyDeleteawww you did a bang up job!!!
ReplyDeleteAll these BSJs are so adorable, I finally broke down and bought the pattern! Hopefully I'll knit faster than the grandkids grow.
ReplyDeleteSo pretty and sweet! I really must make one. I did download the pattern because it would be a great Christmas gift for a friend with a new baby!
ReplyDeleteSo cute!
