Sometimes it is difficult to part with the items that I knit, but I know these sweaters are needed at the Ukrainian orphanage more than they are at my house. I had such fun making these little sweaters and wanted to give you one last look before I boxed them for mailing to
Father's House International.
I love seeing them all together! Thanks for one last look.
ReplyDeleteMy very favorite of all is the front right one but they all are so cute!
ReplyDeleteWhat lovely sweaters and for a good cause! I like to craft also but sure do not have much time for it.
ReplyDeleteThey are all beautiful! My favorite is the purple one.
ReplyDeleteabsolutely wonderful, Nancy! I'm imagining the sweet little ones they will help keep warm. What a blessing.
ReplyDeleteTHEY ARE BEAUTIFUL NANCY. I LOVE THEM ALL TOGETHER ALSO. I KNOW HOW YOU FEEL ABOUT LETTING THEM GO. I ALWAYS FEEL LIKE I'M LEAVING SOMETHING AT THE POST OFFICE THAT I SHOULDN'T WHEN I MAIL MY BOXES OFF. IT TAKES ME A FEW SECONDS BEFORE IT HITS ME THAT I'M NOT. SAD BUT REWARDING...
ReplyDeleteThey look so NICE all laid out! They are going to be some child's favorite and worn until they are just threads.
ReplyDeleteWhat a beautiful array of sweaters - you did a wonderful and beautiful job with the knitting, the designs, and your generosity. My goodness, I can understand having a little heartache with sending them off, but you also know how appreciated they will be.
ReplyDeleteLook at that rainbow of sweaters! Just imagine all those children wrapped in warmth and love - what a wonderful thought!
ReplyDeleteThose are so cute. Wouldn't you love to see the children wearing them? I keep forgetting to recommend Half Broke Horses by Jeanette Walls for you to read. I truly enjoyed it.
ReplyDeleteI nice collection to be sure! The kids will certainly appreciate these.
