Sweet Valentine
Sweet Valentine 12 x 16 inches |
Sweet Valentine is the small quilt featured on the February Temecula Quilt Company 2015 calendar card.
Since I was fired up to sew at the end of January, I pulled some fabric and created this delightful small quilt. (Sorry that the photo quality is so poor.)
Temecula Quilt Company is currently offering a new February project, called Hugs and Kisses, on their blog. Here are the links you will need to participate:
• Fabric requirements
• Block instructions
• Finishing instructions
Check it out and create your own small quilt for February.
So sweet but what do you do with it?
ReplyDeleteI love the color combination! Very cute!
ReplyDeleteI do like that it doesn't have the hearts that are normally associated with Valentine's day, so I feel like this could be used for more than just that particular season.
ReplyDeleteCute quilt, hope you have a small holder so you can hang them up:)
ReplyDeleteI love it, I miss quilting, but this made in smile in an otherwise dreary week
ReplyDeleteI can't tell you how much I LOVE This quilt. OH My. ITs perfect and its Valentines. You are such a talent Nancy
ReplyDeleteVery sweet! Perfect for Valentine's Day, but it would work for Christmas too. The stripey fabric reminds me of candy canes.
ReplyDeleteSo very pretty! It would make a great Valentine's gift.
ReplyDeleteThat is absolutely darling! I just might have to make this.
ReplyDeleteNothing like a quick little quilt to make you feel like you've accomplished big things. I definitely like your color choices. And kudos for getting it done before Valentine's Day!
ReplyDeleteThat is so pretty, and I like the hugs and kisses one even better. What a fun collection you'll have by the end of the year!
ReplyDeleteJust gorgeous and I love the hugs and kisses one in the link. Is Temecula a place name? How do you say it?
ReplyDeleteWhat a nice design for all the reds and whites! This small quilt turned out great!
ReplyDeleteWhat a sweet little project! I like the design and the colors.
