Love You, Baby is a Western Region Oddball Baby Blanket.
I'm not crazy about the three different colors in the first section, but I do like the hearts knit within the section.
My four-inch section is knit with Red Heart Sparkling White in Checks and Ridges stitch.

ReplyDeleteThe red really stands out. Maybe the last person will use red and that will tie it all together. These blankets always come together in the end. Nice job on your section!

ReplyDeleteOkay I think you've told us this before, and Im sorry to ask, but do you all live near each other and pass the blankets around or are they always arriving and going in the mail?

DeleteUsually the blankets are mailed from knitter to knitter, but a small group of knitters in this area also work on the blankets; however, the majority of the blankets are mailed to knitters in other states and even Canada.
Looking wonderful so far! This looks like a good project for using up scraps too.
