  6. Looks like a lovely, tranquil place to walk. A tree in the middle of a trail is common in Rocky Mountain National Park. One just walks around it.

  10. It looks like there are more trees in the trail a ways down; I've seen trees across the trail but never smack in the middle.

  11. When you consider how big that tree is it says something about the age of the trail. Great photo!

  12. I love it... because the tree in the trail is wonderful, but also because if you remove the trail edging, it could be in our woods, our trail. It's a small world after all.
