  1. The style of the shrines and their bases made me think, "Weebles wobble but they don't fall down." My very peaceful, loving Buddhist friend would laugh at that so I hope that means Buddhists have a sense of humor.

  3. that's kind of odd isn't it? It seems sacrilegious but that's just me....Im so ignorant about other cultures due to my Catholic school upbringing.

  5. In Disney's Animal Kingdom they show statues decorated with bits of cloth too. Must be a Far East thing.
