Before my trip to Singapore in 1979, I had never heard of Tiger Balm.

Have you heard of Tiger Balm or even tried it?

Comments

  1. Never heard of it, but I might have bought the product just because of the fabulous label.

  3. Yes I have and yes I've used it. Great for headaches.

I understand the original had opium in - bet it hasn't now.

  4. What??? Tiger Balm is an Asian Household staple!! I use the Thai version: White Siang Pure Balm and another, I forget the name of, it's not quite as strong. I put it on my temples when I have a headache. I sniff it (like some with vicks vapo) when I have bad sinuses. and yes, i put it on small achey spots. not a lotion or salve in the traditional sense. I grabbed the little pot I keep on my desk when I saw the picture! hehe!
