Pitch and Stitch

Rockies game at Coors Field
June 2013
Yes, I took my knitting bag to the Rockies' game against the Los Angeles Dodgers and added some ribbing to a pair of socks while waiting for the game to begin.

It was a great game with several home runs - stitching and pitching went well together.

  2. I would of needed the knitting...to get me through the game. I'm not much of a sports fan...of any kind!! But taking knitting would of been great!

  3. I take my knitting to every game I go to over in Daytona. Cubbies and knitting, it's a summer-time tradition! :-)

  4. What fun! I wonder if this summer will be the one that finally gets me to a Richmond game? We haven't been since they changed franchises and stopped being the R-Braves...

  8. That's a great idea. There is always so much down time if you get to the game early. I really need to learn to knit. Did they have any problems with your needles when they checked your bag at the gate?
