Oddball Oddball

This Western Region Oddball Baby Blanket lives up to its name (Oddball Oddball), and I like it. Each knitter has added two stripes of color, totaling four inches. The blanket is knit entirely in garter stitch.

Knit on size 8 needles - 120 stitches wide.

  1. I like that! I picked up my sock yarn scrap yarn blanket last night. Didn't knit a stitch, but I think I'll start doing one stripe per night.

  2. Doing the stripes in different colors always makes the blanket interesting but think I like the themed ones best.

  4. The two inch stripes are a nice change of pace and the uniform stitch ties it all together. I like it a lot!
