Fish markets fascinate me for some reason. I have no idea why, other than that they are so far removed from the string of bass or catfish from my youth... caught on the farm and plopped in a cooler or bucket of ice to get them back to the house.
My Nephew is part of the JET program and goes to Japan in August I think for a year. He is going to Fukui-ken province..he said Ohitown but I couldn't find it on a map. It should be interesting:)

ReplyDeletewhy does this freak me out? Ewwww all that fish and it is not on ice....

ReplyDeleteFish heads, fish heads, roly-poly fish heads --- okay, now that song is stuck in my head.
