Jack in the Box
Several months ago, I purchased a kit (pattern book, 2 charm packs, and border yardage) on clearance. It was a great deal.
On Friday I got to work after choosing "Jack in the Box," one of four patterns in Hooked on Charms by Paula Stoddard. The quilt in the book is made with 16 blocks, but I had enough fabric to make 20 blocks.
When finished, Jack in the Box will be a child-sized quilt. The blocks are currently 8.5 inches, and with a border the quilt will measure approximately 36 X 44 inches.
So pretty, Nancy, and a great size to boot!
ReplyDeleteBEAUTIFUL NANCY! I CAN'T BELIEVE YOU HAVE IT PUT TOGETHER ALREADY.
ReplyDeleteI love the fabrics!
ReplyDeletePatience, Patience, Patience..don't know how you do this.
ReplyDeleteLOVE it Nancy. Love the colors and design. Very nice indeed. Are you donating it, or is it to be a gift? Who's the lucky person?
ReplyDeleteCan't remember if I asked you this before. Been wondering how you make your name script beneath your posts? I really like it. Hoping it's not too difficult and you can share how to do it. You can reach me either on one of the blogs, or Rav, whichever.
Too cute. The colors are like a breath of spring!
ReplyDeleteGood job, why don't you come to my house and help get me motivated to finish some of my UFO's.
ReplyDeleteBeautiful! Makes me think...spring :)
