Working on Scraps

Scrap sock yarn
April 2015
Sock yarn scraps are beginning to get the upper hand again, so it's time to knit some baby hats. Why do I have three sets of needles in the works? It's easier to sneak in some knitting time if a small project is within reach in the various places I end up during the day.

Do you keep several projects in the works or are you a one project at a time person?

  2. I'm both ......I usually have a small knitting project and a larger one. I only ever have one cross stitch project at a time though.

  3. I always have several projects going at once - quilting, no knitting. I'm way too easily distracted by a new pattern or pretty new fabric. Very pretty baby hats.

  4. I usually have only one or two projects going. One of them is something I can travel with or work on wherever.

  8. You are amazing, Nancy. I have an embarrassing number of WIPS of all types and am trying to whittle down the pile.

  9. I generally have more than one project in the works but not close at hand. I have to be in the mood to knit. But I should probably leave a knitting project by the couch in the studio as I sometimes sit there just to give the feet a break.
