Nature
I added the final section to Nature, a Western Region Oddball baby blanket, using Caron Rhapsody (Charcoal) and the Purled Ladder stitch. The colors in this blanket should make it boy-friendly.
Since I was the sixth knitter and cast off, I will start another blanket for the group.
My friend Cheryl added the border over the weekend.
Nature is a cute blanket.
Beautiful blanket! The border finishes it off nicely :)
ReplyDeleteThe border really is the key to uniting all the sections. Nice work!
ReplyDeleteYes it is very cute!
ReplyDeleteLovely! I can assure you that the border on my own baby blanket saw the most... use? I loved to rub the shell stitch, and often add a shell stitch border to my own knitted blankets just because!
ReplyDeleteLove it! I'm sure it will be much appreciated. The border does bring it all together.
ReplyDeleteI think the blues make it all pop and work! Lovely
