Unusual Subjects

Over the years, I have numerous photos of dead trees. I love the contrast they provide to the beauty surrounding them. Their gnarled branches add interest.

What unusual object(s) do you photograph often.

  3. Railroad trestles . . . I love how they stand out boldly against the water/sky.

I love to keep an eye out in those old dead trees. Every once in awhile we are rewarded with a bald eagle.

  4. I can't think of anything that I photograph often. I used to take a lot of pictures, but have fallen victim to the digital photo black hole - where you take pictures but never print any.

  5. Im always finding barns to photograph but Fireman won't slow down so they are often a blur! I love the dead trees. THey are of great value to birds and animals. We must have some dead trees. Spoke of you last night with a dinner guest who lived in Japan recently!! Gave Victoria your blog to enjoy

  6. That tree is about the size of the one that fell on our car night before last during a storm. It made a mess of the car!

I like to photograph our pups' faces. They have so many different expressions.

  9. I love to photograph deserted barns and farms. It's a very sad subject, but I find them endlessly fascinating.

I hope you're a little less sleepy. I've been more awake and at least I'm getting knitting done. It feels good to accomplish something!
