This Western Region Oddball Baby Blanket is being knit with variegated yarns. My photograph doesn't begin to capture just how cute it is. The blanket will have one more section added before it is adorned with a border.
My section was knit using the Checks and Ridges stitch and an unknown yarn from my stash.
It is turning out so cute! A quick question... obviously there are some tension differences between the different sections. Will this block out? Since I am a novice knitting and have never blocked anything, I was just wondering how blocking affects the finished knit.
What a great idea to use a variety of variegated yarns! The color changes and the pattern changes make it look interesting. This is going to be another cute one!

I would have never thought you could combine so many variegated yarns and have it turn out so cute. This one really came together nicely!
