Time to Decrease

Scrappy Silver Lining Hat
March 2023

According to my last measurement, it is time to start the decreases for the crown of this reversible hat. This is the fifth hat I've knit using the Silver Lining Hat pattern with scrap sock yarn. Each hat is unique and fun, and I love the one I kept for myself.

  5. What a beauty! You are really knocking them out. My poor hat is stuck in nowhere land. I swear I knit on it every night and it never seems to get any longer.

  8. I have so much scrap sock yarn and I don't seem to be making the Granny Squares...I'm thinking this might be an ideal project to take on vacation...easy to knit and fun to use up some scraps! Yours is so pretty Nancy - nice job!

  9. I have yet to make one of these double hats but I should. Yours is beautiful and honestly I'd never know you used scraps.
