I have a cute wooden heart with a peg on it where the tape resides. It takes a couple of seconds to fold it up and hang on there. It takes way too long to roll it up and I doubt it would fit in a film can -- they aren't wide enough. They might fit in an old Tupperware container or even one of the smaller Glad things that are disposable. And, yep, it's horrible when tapes aren't accurate. You would have to place the hook rather high or double the tape. I have a tape measure experience that I have never been able to figure out. I bought some craft room implements that included a tape measure. I also ordered a long one from Amazon, and I had my Mom's old tape measure. I found that when laid out with their one inch ends even, the inch markers were not the same. They were off in one case by almost an 1/8th of an inch. An inch is still an inch right? I finally chose the one that matched my long plastic dressmaker's ruler. I hope it's right!Katherinehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/06450679959206351852noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6407290539855175918.post-15122393465949242312017-11-17T18:56:15.502-07:002017-11-17T18:56:15.502-07:00I use a carpenter measuring tape.
