Foreign Friday

Western coast of Japan -
Oga Peninsula, Sea of Japan
Autumn 1979

In the late 70s and early 80s most Japanese roofs were blue or red metal which made for colorful photos.

Watching waves lapping the shore is calming.

I am so proud of you for all you handmade items that were displayed earlier this week, and that your stockings were bought! Everything was so pretty.
From an earlier post - yes, I still need a phonebook. With directory assistance $1.75 a pop, we all need phone books! I know how to look up #s online, and have done so on Anywho.com, but not everyone has access to a computer.
